Money worries can be really hard to deal with, but ignoring the situation and hoping things get better is never the right answer.
If you're having difficulty keeping up with your payments, here are some ways for you to get back on track.
1. Take a fresh look at your budget. If you can see what's coming in and going out of your account, you'll gain a better understanding of your finances. Filling out an online Income & Expenditure form is a great first step in this process, and you can share the results with us - just click here to get started.
Please note: the Income & Expenditure form is hosted by an external firm. Make sure the information you've provided is correct before completing, to ensure you get the most accurate results.
2. Pay your priority debts first. These aren't necessarily the largest debts, or the ones with the highest interest rate. For more information please see the Stepchange website - they can answer all your questions relating to debt.
3. Talk to us - we're here to help and support you. We can give you advice on managing your account and offer repayment options. The sooner we hear from you the better!
Please email customer.management@simplybe.co.uk – make sure you include your full name, first line of address and postcode, so that we can find your account.
You can also call us on 0800 072 2970 (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm).
Please be aware that our usual response times have been significantly extended, due to the coronavirus pandemic.
