What is an Income & Expenditure?
It's a form you can fill in to help assess your financial situation. You'll need to confirm how much money you have coming in, how much your outgoings are, and your personal circumstances - such as your current employment, if you have children, whether you own a car, etc.
Where do I find this form?
There are various templates available online, but we recommend that you use the income & expenditure form provided by IE Hub - linked above. They're members of the Money Advice Liaison Group, and the form they provide is free of charge. They also allow you to digitally share the results with your creditors - though, if you prefer, you can download the completed assessment and either post or email it to us.
How will completing this form help me?
It's the first step in tackling financial worries. It'll help you take stock of your incoming and outgoing payments, so that you can plan ahead, rather than getting to the end of the month and wondering where all your money has gone.
It'll also show you how much you have left after your priority bills are taken care of, and help you understand whether any savings can be made.
Once completed, you can share the results with us, to help ensure that you get the right level of support.
How do I share my Income & Expenditure form with you?
Once you've completed your form on the IE Hub, log in and click preview on your dashboard. In the top right-hand corner there are four icons - click share, then type The Kids Division in the access grants tab. Click add, then submit.
This will add us to your share list and enable us to access your I&E information.
You can remove this access at any time.
