Agreeing to a Continuous Payment Authority means that your payments will be taken automatically.
We’ll send you a text message with a secure payment link, and your card details will be stored for future payments to be debited. If you don't want your card details to be stored, we can send you the secure payment link prior to each of your payment dates.
To set this up, please contact us – you'll need to confirm whether you'd like to set up a CPA, or just receive the secure payment link every 28 days.
Please note that it'll take us a little longer to respond than usual, due to the current COVID-19 situation.
If your card issuer refuses payment for any reason, we won't request any further payments until we've spoken to you. You can cancel the CPA at any time.
