We understand that this is a worrying, uncertain time for many people and we're here to support you.
If your ability to make your minimum payment has been temporarily affected by the Coronavirus outbreak (due to the loss of, or reduction in your income, or income of other members of your household) you can apply for a payment deferral for up to 3 statement periods by 31st October 2020.
If you’re already on a payment deferral and unable to make your minimum payment following the expiry of your first payment deferral period, please contact our specialist advisors as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances. You may be eligible to apply for a 3-month extension.
Our specialist advisors will work with you to determine whether this deferral is the best solution for your individual situation.
Whilst your payments are deferred your credit account will be placed on hold; you will not be able to place any orders using your credit facility. You will not be charged any interest, and the deferral will not negatively impact your credit file. However, lenders may take into account other information when making future lending decisions, including, for example, information provided by applicants or bank account information.
To apply for a payment deferral, please click the "Need Help?" button in the bottom left corner of this page and select 'Get in touch', then "Email us". Select "Temporary Payment Deferral request" in the 'reason for contact' drop-down box, then fill in your details – all fields are mandatory.
Please don't submit any sensitive information, such as your card details.
Once you submit the form, you'll receive an automated confirmation that we've received your application. Please allow up to 7 working days for our team to respond.
We have extended the time in which you can ask for a payment deferral until 31st October 2020.
