If you're having trouble maintaining your payments, it's really important that you let us know so that we can help you.
We understand that this may be a very worrying time and we're here to support you as much as we can – our specially trained advisors are sympathetic and easy to talk to.
You can contact us by emailing email@example.com – please make sure you include your full name, first line of address and postcode, so we can find your account.
Alternatively, you can call us on: 0800 072 2970 (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm).
We're dealing with extremely high call volumes at the moment, due to the COVID-19 situation, and our wait times have been significantly extended. Please email us instead, if you can. It'll take us a little longer to respond than usual, but we promise we'll get back to you.
If you don't make your minimum payment by the due date shown on your statement, we reserve the right to apply an administration charge to cover our costs of reminding you. Currently, our charge is £12 for each reminder we send. The amount we charge could change at any time, but we'll let you know in advance if this is going to happen.
Your credit file could be affected if you miss a payment on your account.
